5 Star Materials Landscape Supply Center Opens Its Doors on April 4, 2026
WOOSTER, Ohio - April 4, 2026 - 5 Star Lawn Care & Landscaping is proud to announce the official opening of the 5 Star Materials Landscape Supply Center, now open to the public at 1375 Old Mansfield Rd, Wooster, OH 44691. The Supply Center opens its doors Saturday, April 4, 2026, and will operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Supply Center opens with core materials available now, including mulch, stone, and soil, with additional inventory continuing to arrive as the season progresses. The team is on hand to help homeowners and contractors find the right materials for their projects and answer questions along the way. Meet Chad Williams - The Person Behind 5 Star
Chad Williams started mowing lawns in his Wooster neighborhood at 14 years old with his parents' 24-inch lawn mower. By 18, he had launched Chad's Lawn Care with 15 clients and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. What followed was more than 20 years of growth, grit, and a genuine love for the work.
Over time, Chad's Lawn Care became 5 Star Lawn Care, LLC, growing from a one-man operation into a team of more than 25 employees serving commercial properties, HOAs, developers, contractors, and residential communities across Northeast Ohio. Chad has always believed that showing up, solving problems, and building real relationships in the community is at the heart of everything 5 Star does.
With the opening of the Supply Center, Chad and the team is bringing that same hands-on, community-first approach directly to customers.
